Join us for a 6-week journey into Gentle Yoga—a slow-paced, nurturing practice designed to support all levels and ages. This series focuses on mindful movement, breath awareness, and relaxation, making it an ideal choice for beginners, seniors, and anyone seeking a low-impact, restorative experience.

Each week, you’ll explore deep stretching, gentle flows, and calming postures to promote flexibility, balance, and overall well-being. With the support of props and personalized modifications, participants are encouraged to move at their own pace in a welcoming, inclusive environment.

Whether you're new to yoga or looking to reconnect with your body in a peaceful setting, this class offers a consistent space for self-care, stress reduction, and mindful movement. Come as you are—this is your time to breathe, relax, and restore.

 

All students must bring their own yoga mat, water bottle, and props if you use them.
