Description
Starting with some optional gentle movement, and some conscious breathing, you will explore different meditation options. If you are new to meditation, no problem! All you need is an open mind. You will explore walking meditation, Metta or Loving Kindness meditation, and guided awareness meditation. This practice is part of being generous with yourself, and allowing space to rest and decompress. If you have wanted to explore the stress relieving benefits of a meditation practice, this class is for you.
